5 metres from the main residence.

Ideal for those people wanting a comfortable bed & cosy room for the night! You may be attending a function in the area or just passing through on holidays, this is the perfect location for that short stopover! Quiet, cosy and well appointed, this studio consists of one main room, with kitchen / lounge / bedroom in one area and a separate bathroom with shower, vanity basin and toilet. Hairdryer available. |

Bedding consists of a Double & Single bunk unit & a Double Sofa bed. Electric blankets, all linen, duna’s, extra pillows & blankets are supplied. Single fold up bed also available. Porta cot & high chair available for hire, cost on request. Breakfast consists of a “light/continental” style breakfast including Beerenberg jams, vegemite, honey, bread, butter, milk, juice, 3 choices of cereal. Tea, coffee (instant/plunger) and drinking chocolate supplied. Quality toiletries are provided, i.e.shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion and oatmeal soaps. The Studio has a TV/DVD, Radio/CD player, small table and chairs, bar stools at the kitchen bench and a wardrobe with iron & small ironing b board. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment & utensils, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, kettle and a medium sized bar fridge. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ just outside the suite. Heating – there is a gas heater, easy to use and very cosy. CHECK IN: 3:00pm

RATES:
$100 pn for one couple, $40pn for an extra person
( 3 maximum).
Children (under 12 yo) are $20pn.
1 child OK (top bunk).
Porta Cot, linen & High Chair hire available, cost on request.
